Due to overall order approval rating across all retailers on Max Retail dropping below 97% as of Saturday, April 20th, one of our platinum partner channels has paused our ability to sell inventory on their site for the next 30 days.
To clarify, your inventory is still available for sale on our other partner channels, based on your current order approval rating. Unless you have been notified of your account being paused, it remains active, and you’ll continue receiving orders as usual. The suspension is of one sales channel, out of our 18, due to overall declines of all Max Retail sellers.
We completely understand that occasional mistakes can happen, which is why we strive for 98% order accuracy instead of chasing perfection. Remember, our primary goal at Max Retail is to support you in selling items that are not moving quickly in-store and put money in your account; our partner channels play a vital role in making that possible for you.
Now, let’s dive into some friendly tips to make your Max Retail inventory management easier:
- Sticker Method:Â Use stickers on items sold both online and in-store to simplify inventory updates. If you’d like us to send you stickers to test this out, we can do that too!
- Max Retail for Slow-Selling Items:Â Remember, Max Retail is ideal for slow-selling items or those your shoppers no longer want. Utilize it for items needing a little extra love – not items you know you can successfully sell to your customers.
- Set Aside Max Retail Items: Consider placing past season items listed on Max Retail in your back room. This will free up more floor space for current season goods and help your team transition smoothly into using Max Retail.
We’re here to lend a hand whenever you need it and will continue in our commitment to building features to make your experience on Max Retail easier.
