What does Max Retail do?
Can I sell single units?

Absolutely. We can help whether you have one item left, or thousands!

Where does the inventory go?

Max Retail exposes your unsold inventory to full price and off price retailers that are both physical and online.

How much will I make per unit?

This depends on how old your merchandise is. Our goal is always to get you the most for your unsold inventory and you have a say in its pricing. A majority of our sellers list their inventory at or below wholesale because they’re using Max Retail to move past season inventory.

Does Max Retail buy everything?

We cannot guarantee everything you list will sell. Max Retail is the bridge that connects buyers with sellers, but what actually sells depends on many factors. Our sellers make between $20k-$100k annually, so the amount of inventory Max Retail is able to sell provides our community with significant cash flow to operate their businesses.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, sellers do not pay any shipping expenses. A prepaid label will be provided by Max Retail to ship out merchandise.

Is everything final sale?

Yes, absolutely. You do not have to see your unsold inventory ever again! Returns are only processed if you ship damaged or erroneous merchandise.

When and how do I get paid?

You’re paid as soon as you ship out the merchandise. Payments are sent the same day by bank ACH transfer.

How much of my time is needed?

We know that your spare time is limited and believe you should focus your efforts on selling full price merchandise – not worrying about your sale goods! That’s why it only takes a couple minutes to get set up on Max Retail and we take care of the rest.
